Pulau Seribu at Glance
Pulau Seribu is means Thousand Island is a group of many small Islands which scattered in Jakarta bay, Indonesia. consist of 105 island stretching forty five kilometers north Java sea, some island located is very near from Jakarta Bay such as Pulau Bidadari, Pulau Ayer, Pulau Monyet, Pulau Onrust. only a few kilometer from mainland of Java.
Total land area of Pulau Seribu around 8,7 square kilometers with populations is around 20 thousand. Pulau Pramuka is the regency seat of Pulau Seribu, althougt the most population life at Pulau Panggang. Pulau seribu area is Marine National Park althougt the development is allowed on 37 of the Island, Some island uninhabited, other have resorts and a number of privately owned by wealthy Jakartan
Pulau Seribu Administrative and Trade

Boat Transportation to Pulau Seribu
Boat for Tourism island is depart from Marina Ancol North Jakarta, For Marina ancol to near island (pulau Bidadari and pulau ayer) it takes around 20 minutes. departure from pier no: 17 Marina Ancol.
To Pulau Putri, Sepa and Kulkul Kotok by speed boat it takes around one hour and half and to farest island pulau Pantara it takes around 2 hours more.
